We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our Bay Area team. This role supports commercial and industrial refrigeration systems—installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance—helping clients keep critical systems running reliably.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC refrigeration components.
• Install compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated controls; perform system start-ups and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls related to refrigeration systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document service reports, parts used, and recommendations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide clear, professional communication with customers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, refrigerant handling regulations, and company procedures.

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration or HVACR field experience.
• Strong hands-on skills with compressors, valves, brazing, leak detection, and refrigerant recovery.
• Experience with basic electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus; additional HVACR certifications is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the Bay Area.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work independently.
