Job Title: Concierge Security Receptionist Breaker

Garda World Security Services is hiring for a Concierge Security Receptionist Breaker. The role focuses on customer service and security assistance in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Candidates should be prepared to engage with visitors and coordinate with security teams as needed.

Location:

Santa Clara, CA

Set schedule: 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Competitive hourly wage of $28 / hour. Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees.

• Provide customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors as needed
• Manage access control and operate multiple systems efficiently
• Adhere to email and instant messaging SLAs (e.g., 5 minutes for email, 3 minutes for instant messages)
• Utilize available resources effectively
• Time management across events and high-priority meetings while maintaining professionalism
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• State security license and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during the hiring process)
• Minimum two years of receptionist / executive assistant experience
• Active driver's license and clean driving record
• Resume attached with application (applications without resumes will not be considered)
• Initiative, empathy, attention to detail, and resilience
• Self-management with a sense of urgency and prioritization
• Positive attitude, customer service excellence
• Desire for growth and commitment to continuous learning; coachable
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass extensive screening processes
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
