As a Security Officer — Healthcare Patrol — Full Time, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security‑related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible within a healthcare environment. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, responding to security-related situations promptly, and providing outstanding customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established guidelines for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas according to site-specific protocols.
• Assist staff, visitors, and/or patients with directions or information as needed while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client reporting procedures.

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
