What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a Sales Engineer for the Prisma Access GTM team, driving results and client satisfaction
  • Conduct deep technical discovery to understand client needs and challenges
  • Build customer business success stories and case studies in alignment with defined methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to ensure deliverables meet customer specifications
  • Provide first‑level support and triage of client technical issues, creating detailed reports on problems
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales engineering role
  • Proven track record in selling complex enterprise cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong technical background in networking, network security, host protection, identity management, and data leakage prevention
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
  • Excellent time management, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with software development and web technologies
  • Strong presentation and creativity skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data‑driven decision‑making
