Role:
Sales Account Manager – you will own a territory, positioning BMC’s iconic and cutting-edge technologies with prestigious customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers. Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by top, talented, product-specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and a full ecosystem dedicated to BMC’s strategy: customer centricity.
- Be the business owner of your territory to increase footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC remain a market leader.
- Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
- Engage in learning and global projects, challenging yourself and innovating to solve everyday problems.

- You have experience working as a team member while providing team-on-team leadership and coordinating internal and external resources to effectively manage the sales process.
- You have demonstrated the ability to grow your business as a trusted partner with an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Compensation& Benefits
The base salary range is $120,000 - $180,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $240,000 - $360,000. This includes a mix of base salary and variable pay. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.
