YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As a Senior Client Advisor, this position is an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to CELINE standards. Senior Client Advisors strive to understand clients’ needs and guide them across all brand categories. This role models the team and proactively supports store management in establishing a client-centric mentality.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results, and support the team in their sales
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience, advise clients across the brand and all product categories
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, using available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new clients, building long-term relationships
- Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge
- Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the store’s overall objectives
- Respect CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior
- Assist management in daily operations: floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties
- Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring and/or buddy systems and the integration of newcomers
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed
- Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities could include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales tasks
Education:
- Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
Experience:
- Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Computer literate; able to learn and use various software packages

- Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays

The compensation for this position ranges from $22-$26 hourly, with a rate based on candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
