As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – you are the trusted expert our customers turn to for all things beauty. Passionate about both products and people, you play a key role in creating a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that builds confidence and drives sales.

You’ll serve as both an educator and a beauty expert – offering expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored consultations that may include makeup application and skincare recommendations. Your deep product knowledge and ability to stay current on trends allow you to introduce customers to new items and innovations that match their unique needs and style. Building lasting client relationships is at the heart of your role.

You’ll proactively grow and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service – always with the goal of exceeding expectations and achieving sales goals.

• Provide warm, personalized service to customers, creating friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space, ensuring the counter and sales floor are clean, organized, and prepared.
• Educate customers and demonstrate products, including makeup application and skincare recommendations.
• Leverage point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the customer experience.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by promoting offers, product launches, and the Loyalty program.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals, acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• At least 1 year of customer service or retail selling experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; understanding employment policies and safety rules/procedures.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Capacity to deliver personalized beauty experiences and demonstrate product application.
• Experience with point-of-sale technology and digital tools for a streamlined transaction.

• Position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld technology, cash register, and other equipment.
