Position: Full-Time
- Welcome customers and set expectations.
- Custom fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions in lenses.
- Perform measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail.
- Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
- Use technology efficiently under time pressure, maintain product knowledge and tools.
- Proactively resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks among competing demands.
- Achieve Brand KPIs & competencies.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Report safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
- Seek continual learning, improvement, and results.
- Follow company policies on discounts, promotions, and inventory management.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- State Licensure.
- Experience dispensing optical products.
- Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, team builder.
- Knowledge of current store merchandise.
- Basic math skills.
- Awareness of fashion trends.
- Sales skills – ability to use an iPad/tablet.
- Familiarity with POS, computers, calculators.
- Embrace new technology and change.
- Previous customer service & retail experience.
USD 25,020 – 39,020 per year
