Gelato By Patrizia was founded by Patrizia Pasqualetti, a second-generation gelato artisan who mastered her craft under her father, Giuseppe, a gelato pioneer who opened his first gelateria in Orvieto, Umbria, Italy, in 1980. Patrizia has developed an internationally recognized brand that delights customers with authentic, high-quality gelato. In the mid-2010s, Patrizia brought her expertise to Northern California, and she currently serves as the gelato chef for Eataly.

The brand is rooted in tradition, passion, and a commitment to creating exceptional artisan gelato for customers to enjoy.

This is a full-time on-site role at the Gelato Corner, inside Eataly in Santa Clara, CA, for a Gelato Server. The Gelato Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping customers select and enjoy our handcrafted gelato offerings. Daily tasks include scooping gelato, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, handling customer transactions, and offering knowledge about our gelato flavors and ingredients.

The role also involves inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring customers have a welcoming experience at the gelateria.

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
• Interest in artisanal food and appreciation for authentic Italian gelato is beneficial
