• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable experiences for guests, authentically connect to them, and participate in community outreach activities and events.
• Drive restaurant results through management of the department’s P&L, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach and train associates.
• Take pride in presenting quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items meet recipes and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities.
• Live our Principles & Beliefs that people are inherently good and seek a sense of belonging and significance; be a role model and foster a passionate culture within the restaurant.

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Compensation Range: $58,030 - $90,800 (varies by location with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors).
