Telemetry RN Job Details – Santa Clara, CA

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (July 1, 2025 – September 29, 2025)
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

  36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2520 - $2700 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time experience in Telemetry or Oncology nursing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Completion of Basic Arrhythmia course
• Oncology experience and ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) certification required at submission
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or related field

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in the Telemetry/Oncology unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, vital signs, and progress
• Administer medications, chemotherapy, and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
