Senior Assembler

Our client, a leading organization in electromechanical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Senior Assembler to join their team. As a Senior Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and product assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Assembler

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $30hr

Shift: 7am‑3:30pm

• Build products by accurately interpreting and working from schematics
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of electromechanical assemblies
• Follow detailed process instructions with precision to ensure product quality
• Assist in inventory management, material handling, and documentation compliance
• Support ISO certification processes and participate in audits and training

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
