Materials Planner

• Collect list of material shortages and summarize according to project
• Generate a consolidated report for use during material review meetings with Engineering
• Perform consign inventory reconciliation between CM and NV systems
• Help generate Delivery notes to transfer consign materials to CM locations
• Create material tasks to ensure all consign material movements are transacted in the system
• Create GPU table for jobs released to execution
• Provide logistical support to ensure timely receipt of material at the CM locations
• Ensure material readiness for non‑critical NPI builds
• Provide regular updates to the other cross functional teams on material status for assigned NPI builds
• Work with cross functional team to resolve shortages on assigned non‑critical builds.
