Overview
As a Senior Software Development Manager within the Networking organization, you will manage a team supporting our Virtual networking products. You will lead a team responsible for rapidly growing and scaling the virtual networking products through architectural changes and customer facing feature initiatives. You will lead the products through transformative changes as OCI grows while maintaining the stability that is required of a tier 0 service.
You will work with our largest internal and external customers to build features necessary for their growth. You will balance the challenges of growth, stability, and feature expansion in order to prioritize OCI's networking business growth.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $118,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.

- Sets Goals and Expectations for performance and works with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
