Boston Scientific Project Manager – India R&D
You will be leading approved projects in the Boston Scientific India R&D organization, including new product development, sustaining, software as a medical device, and acquisition‑driven projects. The role involves collaborating across functions, BSC sites globally, and engaging stakeholders to develop project strategies and plans for successful outcomes.

- Minimum Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management; 5+ years relevant experience; PMP certification; medical device new product development experience and/or product lifecycle knowledge; experience with Software/Systems/SUD technology in the medical device industry.
Strategic Project Manager with a background in Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, delivering complex actuarial/finance projects and driving enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Lead actuarial transformation projects; align cross‑functional teams; manage risks; drive measurable outcomes.
- Define project goals, success criteria, and requirements; prioritize initiatives.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate workshops, monitor project health, drive change management, and engage stakeholders.
- Mentor project managers, lean consultants, and team members.
- Qualifications
: MBA or equivalent; PMP certification; 12 years of project management experience, 4+ years in a PMO leadership role; experience managing actuarial/finance projects; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Scrum Master responsible for Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization projects, applying SAFe principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, and Business teams.
- Identify and eliminate impediments; track and report metrics (velocity, burndown).
- Support continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.
- Qualifications
:
Minimum 5 years Scrum Master experience; SAFe Certified (Agilist or Scrum Master); strong knowledge of Teamcenter PLM; experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally); excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Lead execution of complex substation (EPC, thermal, steel) projects, ensuring compliance with policies, quality, and safety.
- Lead project team, establish execution approach.
- Monitor and control progress, resource utilization, and financials.
- Identify, quantify and manage risks; procure services, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and act as key customer contact.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to procedures.
- Qualifications
: 12–15 years experience in project management of complex substation projects; bachelor’s/master’s in electrical engineering; PMP/PMI certification; proficiency in English.
Manage key initiatives for Gartner’s customer‑facing websites, mobile applications, and vendor integrations, using Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
