- Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions.
- Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
- Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
- Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
- Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
- Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 30% may be required.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $147,742/year - $185,000/year)

Basic QualificationsMaster's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Program/Project Manager, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and five years of experience as equivalent.
- One year of experience in managing operations projects from design to implementation for large-scale fulfillment solutions; experience with selection optimization; and working with statistical analysis and data mining tools utilizing Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
- Experience in program management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience in working in the business procurement organization of a consumer market segment company or related industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct-to-customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations.
