** Job Description
**** Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
** brings together forecasting, planning, and execution across marketing, sales, finance, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service into a unified process. This integration ensures alignment across the enterprise, leading to superior customer outcomes.
Agilent is building our enterprise planning capabilities to drive IBP across the business by establishing a centralized Planning Excellence Team (PET). This team will own and evolve the IBP framework to drive consistent, connected planning at an enterprise-wide level. The Planning Excellence Leader will lead this centralized PET team and be responsible for orchestrating Integrated Business Planning (IBP), driving enterprise planning standards, ensuring process adherence, and enabling scalable end-to-end planning capabilities across all functions and sites.
This team will continue our Ignite IBP transformation journey which will strengthen our competitive advantage by enabling faster, more reliable planning.

** IBP Planning Excellence Leader,
** your responsibilities include:*
* * Provides leadership for employees within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Program Manager job family.*
* * Responsible for designing and overseeing business performance improvement initiatives that enable Agilent’s Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies.*
* * Establishes and maintains a robust structure and governance framework for global forums, ensuring they are well-organized, effectively managed, and supported by timely, transparent communication to senior leaders and stakeholders.*
* * Ensures S&OE and S&OP processes are implemented consistently and aligned with the overall business planning strategy.*
* * Serves as the escalation point for disruptions or issues that IBP Program Managers are unable to resolve.*## ##
** Qualifications
* ** BS/MS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Sciences or equivalent
* 7+ Management experience increasing in responsibility
* Broad knowledge of enterprise-wide planning
* Proven track record of driving global initiatives, transformation, and continuous improvement
* Strong Executive presence and leadership skills
* Demonstrated experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments and functions.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $ - $/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
