We are seeking a Center Manager for our location in Santa Clara, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a dynamic and collaborative leader to oversee daily center operations. Core responsibilities include managing team performance, training staff, maintaining exceptional guest service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Center Manager will play a key role in driving financial goals, creating a positive work environment, and cultivating a culture aligned with the European Wax Center brand.

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service excellence and a focus on delivering a superior guest experience
• Experience in operational management, including scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining compliance with brand standards
• Ability to analyze financial data, sales, and budgets to meet or exceed performance targets
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, or service-oriented industries is preferred
• Proficiency in using business management and scheduling software tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is advantageous
