Maintain sanitation, safety and operational efficiency by cleaning production floors, warehouse areas, and office.
Core duties include using industrial equipment (floor scrubbers), removing debris/hazardous materials, managing trash/recycling, restocking supplies, and notifying management of maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities in Manufacturing:Production & Warehouse Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and using powered floor scrubbers to remove oil, dust, and manufacturing debris.
Sanitizing & Safety: Cleaning and disinfecting high‑touch surfaces, restroom, and common areas, while adhering to safety protocols.
Waste Management: Emptying, transporting and disposing in industrial trash, recycling, and hazardous waste materials.
Facility Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, changing light bulbs, cleaning windows and maintaining HVAC systems.
Inventory & Inspection: Monitoring cleaning supplies, restocking restrooms/breakrooms, and inspecting for safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Grounds Maintenance: Removing debris from walkways and cleaning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Equipment Operation: Proficiency in using industrial cleaning machinery.
Safety Adherence: Knowledge of handling chemical cleaners and complying with safety regulations (e.g. OSHA).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant facility.
Salary Range: $20–$25
