Responsibilities
- Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion. Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency.
- Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
- Order fulfillment process management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.
- Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch.
- Ensure material readiness to support program achievements
- Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance.
- Regularly provide leadership team with project status reports
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.
- Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate technical concepts and issues
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, NPI cycles, and material planning systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, and platforms for analyzing supply chain data.
- Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and/or customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
