We’re looking for a highly experienced business and trademark paralegal to join the NVIDIA team and support a broad range of trademark and brand-related matters, with a strong emphasis on project and contract management, plus experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement. In this role, you’ll work closely with NVIDIA’s business trademark attorneys, product and commercial legal teams, business leaders, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders to help protect and grow NVIDIA’s global brand portfolio.
Responsibilities- Assist with business legal contract management and workflows and operations.
- Coordinate outside counsel billing and operations for business and trademark legal.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes, templates, playbooks, and training materials.
- Support trademark clearance and prosecution processes, including coordinating searches, reviewing results, preparing and filing applications, responding to office actions with outside counsel, and maintaining accurate global portfolio records.
- Project management of NVIDIA’s global trademark portfolio and brand enforcement work streams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience supporting business and trademark legal work streams.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with contract management tools (Docu Sign CLM), experience using Anaqua, Microsoft Office Suite, Counsel Link, and a strong adoption and familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
- Ability to create scalable systems and workflows to accelerate legal operations.
- Deep working knowledge of trademark docketing systems, portfolio management tools, and trademark office procedures.
- Research and analytical skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
- Training at a top-tier law firm with a substantial trademark or transactional practice and across a wide range of jurisdictions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and business teams.
- Prior experience supporting trademarks for technology-driven products, platforms, or services.
- Hands-on experience supporting trademark disputes, including administrative proceedings.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 4, and 160,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 5.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
