A Publicly Traded Data Storage Company is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years  experience for an ongoing engagement starting as soon as possible
.

• Schedule:
  
  full - time

• Providing subject matter expertise for M&A transactions
• Completing all work dealing with securities disclosures
• Lead project manager for the company s formation of new Vietnam subsidiary
  . This role would be in partnership with the company s corporate paralegal.

• Candidates must be able to work full-time.
• Company s preference is for candidates who can be onsite in Santa Clara, California
  .
• Company s budget for full-time work is $4,000/week
  .
• Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement.
