Core Engineering Experience

· 5+ years professional software development experience

· 2+ years hands-on Service Now development

· Strong JavaScript development expertise
Service Now Expertise

· Workflow development

· Business Rules & Script Includes

· REST/SOAP integrations

· Service Now UI Framework or Service Portal

· Platform customization and extension
Dev Ops & Engineering Practices

· CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.)

· Version control and branching strategies

· Containerization concepts (Docker preferred)

· Automated testing practices
Front-End / UI Design

· Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks

· Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards

· Responsive application development
AI & Automation Experience

· Experience integrating AI services or APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)

· Exposure to intelligent automation or workflow optimization

· Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools

Preferred Qualifications

· Service Now Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS modules)

· Experience with enterprise-scale implementations

· Knowledge of GenAI or conversational AI platforms

· Agile/Scrum delivery experience

· Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
