SAP Basis Consultant

Santa Clara, CA

• Hands‑on maintenance, upgrade, migration and administration of SAP Applications
• Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing SAP Applications
• Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to Applications team
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to configure Integrations.
• Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors.

• 7+ years’ experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, BRIM, SOLMAN, PO/SLD)
• 2+ years of experience in SAP RISE.
• SAP S/4 upgrade and migration from on‑prem to SAP RISE
• Strong understanding of Open Text cloud xECM
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector & SFTP servers
• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis and Security functions.
• Provide administration and operations of the SAP Applications
• SAP GRC configuration for Access Provisioning, new roles build for SAP BRIM Application.
• Ensure issues are analyzed discussed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks.
• Utilize the Dashboards to monitor processes.
• SAP Transport management and Deployment of Transports to environments.
• Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.
• SAP GUI installation and support for end-users.

Servicenow ITSM experience is plus.
