Pay Range: $69 - $95/hr.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a contingent Workday Integrations Developer (Contract) to design, build, and support integrations that enable business growth and scalability. In this role, you will partner with HR Technology team members and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as EIB and Workday Studio, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal client groups and third-party vendors to design, implement, test, and optimize integrations between Workday HRIS, internal applications, and external systems (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Stock Administration).
- Lead and execute the full integration development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment.
- Produce detailed system integration specifications, field mappings, and process designs, and maintain clear functional and technical documentation.
- Define and execute testing strategies and test plans for all Workday integrations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, using strong analytical skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with business partners and technical teams.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver assigned projects and resolve production issues.
- Track progress against project plans and communicate status and risks in a timely manner.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and elevate issues when appropriate.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to client support and high-quality technical and service delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall Workday integration performance, including semi-annual Workday releases.
- Stay current with Workday capabilities and best practices, and recommend technical solutions that address business needs.
- 3–5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst, including at least 3 years of functional/technical Workday implementation experience (or equivalent experience).
- 3–4 years of hands‑on Workday integration experience (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Connectors/CCBs, EIBs, Web Services, REST APIs).
- Workday certification preferred.
- Broad functional understanding of multiple Workday modules (such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time, or Talent).
- Proven experience translating functional requirements into integration design, specifications, and documentation.
- Ability to work within an agile delivery methodology and adapt to changing priorities.
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
