LEAD SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER COMPENSATION:- Experience-based salary of $130,000 - $180,000 per year

Our Lead Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for optimizing end-to-end CI/CD workflows and advising the Dev Ops team on improving software security, efficiency, and scalability. You'll provide team guidance, serve as a technical and non-technical stakeholder advisor, and implement new procedures for improving daily workflows. Your day-to-day will look like:
- Leading the design, strategy, and implementation of software delivery
- Modernizing CI/CD pipelines to improve performance, security, and compliance
- Refining end-to-end workflows for building, testing, and deploying software
- Creating and maintaining optimized Dockerfiles and containerization strategies
- Integrating security tools for SAST, dependency scanning, and SBOM generation
- Executing and automating artifact versioning, storage, and secure distribution processes
- Implementing robust secrets and credential management solutions
- Integrating automated testing, code quality analysis, and validation steps into the development lifecycle
- Providing expert guidance to the Dev Ops team and promoting best practices
- Maintaining detailed Dev Ops architecture, process, and procedure documentation

We are setting new standards that will dramatically improve ultrasound's capabilities for many years. To develop and improve this technology, we need dedicated team players on our side. Liking what you're hearing? All that you need is:
- BS in an engineering or computer science field
- Proven Dev Ops Engineer experience with a portfolio of designing and implementing CI/CD solutions
- Extensive Docker experience, including writing optimized Dockerfiles and managing container life cycles
- Hands-on experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, SBOM generation)
- Experience with artifact management systems such as JFrog Artifactory, Git Hub Packages, or Nexus
- Expert-level knowledge of Git Hub Actions, including workflow creation, custom actions, and optimization
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience building a CI/CD pipeline in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience using code quality and analysis tools such as Sonar Cloud, clang-tidy, or include-what-you-use
- Experience integrating Cl/CD with Jira and Microsoft Teams or Slack
- CMake experience
- Familiarity with compiled languages (e.g., C++) and build systems (e.g., CMake)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services
