The Growth Marketing team at Cohesity drives company growth by delivering integrated, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled programs that build awareness, deepen engagement, generate and accelerate pipeline, and equip Sales and Field Marketing with the insights and tools they need to win globally.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will own global paid digital demand and drive a predictable, scalable pipeline. You will lead strategy, planning, execution, and in‑quarter optimization across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, and Content Syndication to drive AQLs/TQLs and marketing‑sourced pipeline. You will partner closely with Campaigns, Field Marketing, Sales Development, Marketing Ops, Rev Ops, and manage agencies to achieve quarterly and regional targets.

Role Overview
  • Own global paid digital demand strategy to drive predictable, scalable pipeline.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and optimization across regions and segments.
  • Translate pipeline goals into channel strategies in partnership with Campaigns, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Rev Ops.
  • Set global standards while enabling regional flexibility; support media agency RFPs and planning cycles.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team and agency partners.
Execution & Optimization
  • Launch and optimize Paid Search, Linked In, Display, Content Syndication, and new channel programs.
  • Drive a disciplined test‑and‑learn approach across channels, targeting, and creative.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, vendors, and compliance across markets.
Measurement & Impact
  • Own performance measurement, attribution, and forecasting across systems.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to field and marketing leadership.
  • Measure success through pipeline, CPL, TAL penetration, lead progression, and budget efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years B2B global demand generation across paid media and content syndication.
  • Ownership of $1M+ quarterly budgets, forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Hands‑on Linked In Lead Gen, Paid Search, and full‑funnel program expertise.
  • Strong SFDC/Marketo fluency and lead‑routing problem solving.
  • Knowledge of regional privacy/compliance standards and local markets.
  • Proven success leading agencies and creative execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Technical proficiency: SFDC, Marketo/Adobe, Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads/PMax, DSPs, Coupa, Looker/Funnel dashboards, Excel/SharePoint.
