Overview

Full-time opportunity for Principal Consultant - Oracle Identity & Access Management located in Santa Clara, CA.

• Own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive resolution with SMEs, vendors, and customers to restore service quickly.
• Participate in incident management meetings; communicate clearly with customers via email/call; update customer leadership on status.
• Connect with and manage clients; present and communicate effectively.

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in IT Security.

Preferred

• At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture.
• Should have knowledge on various IDAM products.
• At least 7 years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills.
• Own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive resolution with SMEs, vendors, and customers; participate in incident management meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Financial domain knowledge.
• Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be a team player with strong desire to continue learning in a dynamic technology environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Ability to connect with and manage clients.
