We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how Viven positions, launches, and communicates our products to customers. This Product Marketing Manager will be the crucial bridge between product, sales, and customers—translating complex AI/ML capabilities into clear value propositions and ensuring successful go-to-market execution.

As a foundational role at Viven, this position will be responsible for setting the tone for product messaging, shaping customer-facing materials, and partnering closely with leadership to drive adoption and growth.

• Craft positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Viven’s value to enterprises and end users.
• Lead product launches end-to-end: from messaging and collateral to internal enablement and external campaigns.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate technical features into customer benefits.
• Develop sales enablement materials—pitch decks, case studies, competitive battle cards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
• Work with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and refine product storytelling.
• Contribute to thought leadership content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, or webinars, to build Viven’s brand in AI/ML.
• Establish go-to-market playbooks and processes that scale as Viven grows.

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
• Experience supporting or leading go-to-market strategy and product launches.
• Strong skills in market research, positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or 0 → 1 product environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Marketo, etc).
