Product Marketing Manager, AI Platforms

This role supports a company building advanced artificial intelligence systems designed to help organizations retain knowledge, connect fragmented information, and operate with continuity as they grow and change. The platform brings together data, reasoning, and context to help enterprises make better decisions and move faster with confidence.

• Defining positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value to enterprise buyers and end users.
• Leading product launches from planning through execution, including messaging, customer facing assets, and internal enablement.
• Partnering closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical functionality into meaningful customer benefits.
• Creating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and competitive guides.
• Conducting market and competitive research to inform strategy and differentiation.
• Working with customer facing teams to gather feedback and continuously refine product narratives.
• Contributing to thought leadership efforts through content such as articles, whitepapers, and webinars.
• Building repeatable go to market processes and playbooks that scale with the organization.

• Five or more years of experience in product marketing, ideally within enterprise software or artificial intelligence.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive stories.
• Hands on experience supporting or leading product launches and go to market strategy.
• Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
• Comfort working in early stage or zero to one product environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling instinct.
• Familiarity with common CRM and marketing automation platforms.
