Systems Engineer, Business Development, Product Designer
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities including working closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into focused execution
- Collaborate with engineering teams to help define, develop, and maintain the ASIC product roadmap, prioritize, and stage product development
- Define, document, and communicate system specifications and requirements to all stakeholders by keeping the MRD AND PRD updated
- Drive consensus, communicate and document hardware product decisions around feature prioritization, solutions, and functionality
- Provide input and prioritization to the product roadmap features and timelines
- Work directly with current and prospective customers to understand, document, and communicate market requirements for our solutions
- Act as the voice of the customer for internal product, engineering, and business leadership discussions, help facilitate product feature decisions
- Based on market-driven feedback from customers and prospects, capture product requirements and use cases
- Maintain strong market intelligence, keeping internal teams up to date on trends, researching the strategies of our competitors, and making recommendations for our solutions
- Collaborate with engineering to develop reference design solutions for leading use cases and architecture engagements with leading customers and their platform partners
- Bachelor's or Master's in EE/CS with 12 to 20 years of experience. MBA is a plus
- Experience in Technical Marketing, Business Development, and pre‑sales functions for PCIe and CXL technologies highly desired; experience with memory controllers, NVMe, SSD technologies, cloud data, and server management software, good understanding of Kubernetes, AI, and ML algorithms is a plus
- An independent, energetic team leader with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with and influence a wide variety of customers and functional groups, including engineering, marketing, and sales
- Ability to persuade key decision‑makers and manage strategic communication
- Ability to analyze markets and create TAM/SAM and SOM analysis
Salary: $190,000 to $230,000.
