Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Network Engineer for a contract job onsite in Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range: $24/hr - $25/hr on W2
(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Experience
Required:
2-4 years
- Assists in carrying out recommended updates to network and network security equipment.
- Keeps track of IT hardware orders, receive, inventory, tag, store and ship based on project requirements, in a timely manner.
- Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest levels.
- Creates and maintains technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services.
- Monitors specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process.
- Support outages and aid in root cause analysis of Network and related outages or incident trends.
