Overview
Job opportunity for a Principal Consultant with expertise in Oracle Identity & Access Management (IDAM) in a client-facing, consulting environment. The role involves leading incident resolution, stakeholder engagement, and advising on IAM solutions within a financial domain context. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive resolution with SMEs, vendors, and customers to quickly restore service.
- Participate in incident management meetings and provide clear customer communications via email and calls; update status to customer leadership when required.
- Connect with and manage client relationships; coordinate with internal teams to deliver IAM solutions.
- Contribute to project management activities as part of a technology consulting engagement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders; communicate effectively in a client-facing environment.
Qualifications
- Basic:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education; 11+ years of experience in IT security. - Preferred:
At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture; knowledge of various IDAM products; at least 7 years of experience with Oracle Identity & Access Management; strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to own incidents by collaborating with SMEs, vendors, and customers; participate in crisis communications and status updates to leadership.
- Financial domain knowledge; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with project management and willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and teamwork; ability to connect with and manage clients.
