Looking for a functional analyst located in Santa Clara to support cross-functional projects in the Lab Operations portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for innovation and end-to-end development of products.

Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, project managers, and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

Transforms data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer.

Works in an Agile environment, regularly reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.

Defines, writes, and reviews the Functional Specification (FS) document in line with BPD/BRD.

Presents the FS to the Technical Architect for design completion.

Reviews and approves functional and technical designs in collaboration with the Business team.

Manages functional processes for multiple projects with a team of functional analysts.

Ensures timely documentation of requirements.

Reviews UAT test cases and works closely with the business and execution teams to complete UAT.

Supports global business operations across different time zones.

Participates in QA checkpoints during delivery to ensure solutions align with the scope.

Controls change management working with the Portfolio Manager and Delivery Lead.

Supports the functional architecture for multiple processes in an R&D environment.

Develops, owns, and executes the product roadmap.

Works with user-focused groups to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.

Translates product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.

Leads the functional design process based on knowledge of users and technology.

Develops and maintains tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to inform future investments.
