Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead migration projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP GTS
  • Senior IT Program Management skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP GTS migration projects, including defining project charters, developing governance structures, and preparing detailed project plans.
  • Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to.
  • Conduct scoping, planning, and design workshops with business and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Engage with executive leadership during different project phases.
  • Define project direction, adapt to change, and manage obstacles effectively.
    • Education and Experience:
    • 8-10 years managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
    • Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification.
    • Experience with PMI or advanced project methodologies in SAP projects, preferably GTS.
    • Experience managing all project phases: scoping, design, build, testing, and cutover.
    • Excellent communication skills to report project status, issues, and risks.
    • Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics processes is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and proactive work ethic.
