This role is critical for managing Cohesity’s Net Suite ERP platform, ensuring financial operations, compliance, and system stability. It requires deep expertise in finance processes, Net Suite configurations, and integrations, while supporting strategic projects like Coupa rollout, revenue optimization, and compliance automation.

• Net Suite Administration & Configuration -Manage day-to-day administration of the Net Suite ERP platform, including configuration, user roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Training -Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and train end-users on best practices.
• System Enhancements, Projects & Integrations -Design and implement enhancements to support evolving business needs and maintain integrations with finance, procurement, and other enterprise systems.
• Financial Process Support -Ensure smooth execution of critical processes such as month-end and quarter-end close, revenue recognition, and compliance reporting.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution -Act as the primary point of contact for Net Suite-related issues, providing timely resolution and minimizing business disruption.

• Financial Process Knowledge -Understanding of Lead to Cash, Record to Report & Procure to Pay business processes, accounting principles, financial close processes, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements.
• Net Suite or similar ERP Expertise -Strong hands-on experience with Net Suite (or similar) administration, configuration, and customization (Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics).
• Integration & Technical Skills -Experience with system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware) and troubleshooting data flows between Net Suite and other enterprise systems.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills -Ability to diagnose issues, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions, self‑starter, willingness to learn new skills.
• Leadership skills & Stakeholder Communication -Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead thru multiple initiatives with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.

• Education -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience -8-10+ years of Net Suite (or related ERP) administration, system enhancements, integrations supporting Finance teams.
• Certifications (Preferred)
  -Net Suite Administrator or Suite Foundation Certification.
• Bonus:
  Exposure to SOX compliance, audit support, process automation and AI.
