In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to design and implement AI-powered features and systems. You will be expected to bring both cutting-edge AI knowledge and practical engineering skills to build scalable, reliable AI applications that directly impact our users.

You're a builder and an AI innovator. You have strong opinions about AI/ML best practices and are able to push forward to deliver AI systems that create real user value. You think strategically about AI product development, ensuring that AI features are both technically excellent and genuinely useful. You communicate and collaborate across AI, engineering, and product teams. You understand how to design AI systems that integrate seamlessly into user workflows, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

By working alongside engineering and product teams at Reevo, you'll build AI-powered features and systems that make our users more productive, creating intelligent solutions within a creative environment that demands both AI expertise and user-focused thinking.

• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for contextual AI responses
• Build evaluation platforms and frameworks for measuring AI system performance and quality
• Develop novel interaction patterns and UX for large language model integrations
• Create data labeling and training pipelines for improving AI model performance
• Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for AI-powered features
  
  Build reusable AI infrastructure and platforms that enable rapid AI feature development
• Implement AI safety measures, monitoring, and quality assurance systems
• Present AI capabilities and demos to internal teams and gather feedback
• Stay current with latest AI/ML research and incorporate relevant advances into products

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Strong expertise in large language models, RAG systems, and modern AI frameworks
• Experience with ML operations, model deployment, and AI system monitoring
• Proven experience building production AI applications, from experimentation to deployment
  
  Deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation methodologies
• Experience with vector databases, embedding systems, and semantic search
• Knowledge of AI safety practices and responsible AI development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Proficiency in analyzing AI system performance and implementing improvements
• Strong communication skills, with ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A passion for creating AI systems that genuinely improve user productivity
• Experience with data labeling, active learning, and continuous model improvement
