Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the next generation Dev Ops infrastructure.
  • Ensure the reliability, support, and high availability of the operational environment.
  • Enable the Research & Development group to use CI/CD tools, infrastructure, and automations.
  • Handle on-prem and cloud initiatives, including support, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dev Ops processes and systems.
  • Implement best practices for Dev Ops and infrastructure management.
  • Manage source control systems (e.g., Git), including branching strategies, access control, and repository maintenance.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Azure Dev Ops or Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions).
  • Strong experience with Networking, Linux administration.
  • Proven scripting skills in Bash and Python.
  • Proficiency with virtualized and containerized environments (Kubernetes and Docker).
  • Strong in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and respective tool chain.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of in a Dev Ops or Infrastructure Support role.
  • Bachelors/Masters-Degree of Engineering in CS or IT or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience and proficiency in Dev Ops domain, supporting large scale CI/CD.
  • Proven experience in Dev Ops, with a focus on support and infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, infrastructure, and automation.
  • Experience with on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring and centralized logging platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Loki).
  • Knowledge of artifact and container registry tools (e.g., Artifactory).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
