SOX IT Consultant
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054
Duration: 6 Months+
Responsibilities- Assist in the IT M&A-related SOX Readiness initiatives and ensure compliance.
- Support the design and testing of IT Controls, as well as System Data Migration controls, within the context of M&A.
- Aid in supporting Systems Integrations and SOX Readiness efforts for acquired entities.
- Assist with the testing of essential reports relevant to the acquisition.
- IT Audit and/or risk advisory experience is essential, including previous roles in external and/or internal audit.
- Strong IT SOX experience in auditing business processes and preferably experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing business relationships, and partnering with key stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of management, external auditors, and all functions of the company.
- Detail and team oriented with a strong learning capacity and ability to multitask, adapt to change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a high functioning team.
