Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $80.00/hour-$90.00/hour.

• Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned business domains, which may include Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, or Legal.
• Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks for assigned M&A work streams, spanning pre-close readiness, execution, and post-close integration.
• Drive integration readiness within assigned domains, ensuring system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and business-critical workflows are operational.
• Translate integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans for assigned domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution on aggressive timelines.
• Ensure business continuity while supporting system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidation, and target-state transitions.
• Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and escalation for assigned work streams.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for issue resolution and delivery outcomes within assigned domains.

• Proven experience leading IT work streams for acquisitions, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration within one or more enterprise domains.
• Strong ability to manage complex interdependencies across GTM, CX/Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and G&A functions in fast-paced integration environments.
• Experience coordinating integrations across CRM, customer support platforms, data and analytics stacks, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems.
• Ability to drive execution through structured governance, provide executive-ready updates.
