** Role Overview
** As a key member of the Strategic Office, you will lead and execute high-impact programs and projects, such as capacity management and planning that drive business transformation across the global supply chain. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional who excels at managing complex initiatives, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
* ** Must have supply chain, procurement or sourcing experience**
* ** Must have experience influencing and presenting data to executive level.**
* ** Must have strong data analysis/reporting skills.
**** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Program Management:
** Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation.
* ** Communication & Influence:
** Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint and facilitate meetings to drive consensus and decision-making.
* *
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
** Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, and other functions.
* ** Continuous Improvement:
** Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* ** Analytics & Reporting:
** Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop reports that drive business performance.
* ** Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
** Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are documented. Disseminate information to relevant functional areas and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.
** Required
Skills & Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
* 4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus.
