We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst III for a prominent cybersecurity client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

- We’re looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support CY Day 1 Readiness, driving seamless Go-To-Market (GTM) collaboration and operational visibility between our client and CY .
- Partner with Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to define, document, and optimize core processes that enable effective product launches and scalable operations.
- Identify key stakeholders, systems, and dependencies that drive GTM and Quote-to-Cash workflows.
- Partner with QA to enable automated regression testing and enhance UAT readiness.
- Define and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, documentation, and sign-off.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Proven expertise in CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes, automation, and process optimization.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed user stories for development.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Steelbrick CPQ (preferred).
- Skilled in process documentation and modeling using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
