• At least 3 years of experience in design and implementation of Agile Dev Ops, Continuous integration (CI), Continuous delivery (CD) using one or more tools/technologies (but not limited to) in each of following areas

• Integrated Development Environment – Eclipse, Intellij, Visual Studio
• Code Management System - SVN, GIT, CVS, Stash, Clear Case, TFS
• Build - Maven, Nexus, Ant, Makefile, MSBuild
• Code Quality - Sonar Qube, Crucible, JUnit PMD, Checkstyle, Checkmarx
• Continuous Integration - Jenkins, Cruise Control, Bamboo, Teamcity
• Continuous Deployment - uDeploy, Liquibase, Chef, Puppet, Automic ARA
• Release automation – xl Release, uRelease, CA Release Automation, MS Release Manager
• Automated Testing - HP QTP, Selenium, JMeter, SOAPUI
• Operating System - Unix OS, Linux OS, Windows, Mac OSx
• Scripting - Shell scripting, Power Shell, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Python
• Performance Monitoring - Splunk, Nagios, App Dynamics, New Relic
• Analytics – Big Data Hadoop, Cloudera, ELK stack
• End to end deployment on Web servers, App servers - Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Jetty, Geronimo
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects using Open (Java) technologies or MS technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in performing As-Is Analysis of the software delivery processes, identifying gaps, estimation and defining the roadmap to implement the Agile Dev Ops solution
• At least 2 years of experience in development / configuration / tooling solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel is a plus
• Excellent client interfacing skills, ability to convert discussions into meaningful and powerful presentation content for senior management consumption

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information technology.
