An experienced IT QA Lead will serve as the primary onsite SME for a high‑priority client engagement. This strategic delivery position requires owning the end‑to‑end quality of the project, managing the workflow, productivity, and quality of an offshore team, and bridging communication between the South Bay client and the India‑based delivery center.

• Strategic Leadership
  :
  Own the end‑to‑end QA lifecycle, including creating Test Strategies, Test Plans, and defining the Definition of Done for complex projects.
• Offshore Orchestration
  :
  Act as the primary point of contact for the India‑based QA team, assigning daily tasks, conducting handovers, reviewing output, and ensuring high‑standard quality.
• Onsite Client Management
  :
  Work closely with client stakeholders (Product Managers, Dev Leads) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide real‑time status updates.
• Hybrid Execution
  :
  Balance manual testing expertise (for complex, exploratory scenarios) with automation oversight, ensuring the framework is scalable and scripts are meaningful.
• Delivery Accountability
  :
  Deliver the engagement as a cohesive managed service, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and process improvements.

• QA Expertise
  : 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a Lead or SME capacity.
• Offshore Management
  :
  Proven record of managing QA teams in India, handling time‑zone coordination and clear communication of requirements.
• Technical Proficiency
  • Strong experience with Manual Testing (Functional, Integration, Regression).
  • Hands‑on experience with Automation Frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium).
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Managed Services Mindset
  :
  Understanding of End‑to‑End delivery models versus simple staff augmentation and ownership of outcomes.
