Job Description:We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to provide important business insights. These insights support alignment across functions and guide strategic decisions in Marketing, Sales, Developer, Finance, and Product. Your work will drive organizational success at scale by coupling quantitative analysis with creative problem-solving in a highly collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing :- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sales, marketing, and developer systems to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on website analysis, sales performance, campaign efficiency, and pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate closely with team members to address data needs and enable decision-making.
- Evaluate programs and initiatives using multi-channel analysis.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks throughout the operational workflows.
- Automate routine reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Advocate for and train collaborators to use reports and dashboards for decision making.
- Support special projects and drive continuous improvement in analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years working in marketing or data analysis, or a related role in a setting dedicated to technology.
- A love of problem solving, business insight generation, and data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and motivation to learn new analytics tools.
- B2B marketing experience or strong familiarity preferred.
- Phenomenal documentation skills.
- Coordinated, self-motivated, and flexible—adaptable to working across many teams and projects.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented approach!
- Passion for metrics, goal setting, and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and project ownership.
- Creative, proactive, and autonomous in driving analyses and new initiatives.
SUMMARY:
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full‑time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
