Business Analyst with Project Management
Santa Clara CA. Duration: 6 months. 100% ON SITE – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
Core Responsibilities- Liaison & Translation:
Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department and the IT department or technology vendors. - Requirements Gathering:
Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems. - Process Improvement:
Experience with CLM and exposure to Salesforce is a big plus. - Project Management:
Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation. - Data Analysis:
Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience) will be a plus. - System Support:
Serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
