Position: UAT Scrum Master (Testing)
1. Lead UAT Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement UAT strategies, plans, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define UAT scope and objectives.
  • Ensure all UAT activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • 2. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users and IT teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on UAT progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • 3. Defect Management:
  • Track and manage defects identified during UAT.
  • Work with IT teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all defects are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • 4. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor UAT business leads, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct enablement sessions to enhance the team's testing skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • 5. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes and methodologies.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading UAT efforts for complex software projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using analysis tools and testing software.
  • Preferred

    Skills:

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
