Role/Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/Generative AI platforms.
• Prioritize features and technical investments based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to align AI/ML initiatives with company goals.
• Drive the design and development of scalable, modular, and flexible AI/ML infrastructure.
• Work with engineering teams to build LLM APIs, model-serving frameworks, and AI-powered SaaS capabilities.
• Define best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and AI observability.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and Dev Ops teams to ensure seamless AI/ML integration.
• Work closely with UX, legal, compliance, and security to ensure responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on features.
• Technical & Business Alignment
• Define AI-powered product requirements, technical specifications, and performance metrics.
• Oversee model lifecycle management, from data ingestion to model deployment and fine-tuning.
• Work with Cloud, API, and Data Engineering teams to optimize platform scalability and cost efficiency.
• Stay ahead of AI trends (LLMs, multimodal AI, retrieval-augmented generation, AI safety).
• Drive AI product experimentation (A/B testing, reinforcement learning, hyperparameter tuning).
• Ensure AI solutions comply with GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and Responsible AI standards.

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI, ML, or Generative AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience with MLOps, model training, deployment (Kubernetes, MLflow, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS Sage Maker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI).
• Familiarity with API design, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience working with Agentic AI frameworks (Auto Gen, CrewAI, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience managing AI infrastructure, APIs, and developer platforms.
• Strong ability to translate AI/ML capabilities into user-friendly product features.
• Excellent stakeholder management, agile product development, and prioritization skills.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI safety techniques.
• Prior work in SaaS, enterprise AI platforms, or AI governance.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or AI research.

• Pay Range Minimum: $200,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $210,000 per year
