Job Description:

• Design and implement scalable Dev Sec Ops  architecture aligned with business and technology goals.
• Design, standardize and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
• Extensive experience in leading design and implementation of Multistage pipelines as Code in Jenkins and Git Lab platforms.
• Expert in collaborating with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud and operations teams to implement CI, CD and Continuous testing (CT).
• Experience in container-based and serverless deployments to AWS including microservices.
• Expert in creating and implementing configurable pipelines incorporating Quality gates in CI, CD and CT.
• Drive automation for build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers and developers in modern engineering practices and improving Dev Sec Ops  maturity.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for major outages and service disruptions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for automation, and security.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and audit readiness of the Dev Sec Ops  processes.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and platforms to support Dev Sec Ops  initiatives.
• Design and implement operationalization of infrastructure (provisioning, configuration and patching) aligned with business and technology goals.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• This is a hands‑on role that requires 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Dev Sec Ops  and at least 5+ years in an architecture leadership position.
• Hands‑on experience with by integrating tools including PyUnit, nUnit, Sonar Qube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, Rest Assured, Lamdatest, JMeter, Easy Vista, Liquibase, Cloud Formation, AWS Secrets Manager and containers/Kubernetes.
• Expert – Groovy & YAML;
  Deployments patterns – Blue Green, Canary and Dark.
• Strong experience implementing and delivering Dev Ops metrics including DORA.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms in AWS and Azure, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven capability to measure, baseline Dev Sec Ops  maturity and driving improvements to maturity.
• Continuous improvement mindset adding new capabilities to enhance Dev Sec Ops  maturity.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies.

• Hands‑on experience with AWS Fargate, AWS Cloud Watch and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Solid and proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Puppet).
• Certifications:
  
  AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer
• Experience infusing Gen AI in Dev Sec Ops  automation
• Experience in multi‑cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Ops Genie).
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and Puppet/Ansible.
