* Job Summary:

** The HR Shared Services Specialist (On-Site) will be a key point of contact for employees, providing on-site HR support and ensuring that all HR-related inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering a high level of customer service to employees and managers. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Day 1 Support:
*** Coordinate new hires’ onboarding tasks
* Support Day 1 New Hire Orientation – Santa Clara, CA
* Support / facilitate New Hire paperwork collection
* Facilitate New Hire Briefing (Virtual and in person)
** I9 Support:
*** Support new i9 verification and Re-verification requests
* Support with federal government audit and requirements
** Repository Support:
*** Monitor and Process requests
* Maintain Employee Files and Records
** Reporting Support:
*** Run and Distribute Weekly Reports
** Offboarding support:
*** Conduct Exit interviews
* Handle documentation###
** Functional Expertise
*** Executes HR administrative and operational processes accurately and efficiently.
* Applies intermediate HR knowledge to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Uses analytical skills and structured methods to complete HR tasks effectively.###

*** Understands how HR activities support organizational objectives and integrates team efforts with broader business goals.
* Aligns work priorities with company standards and compliance requirements.###
